The A. Avloni National Institute for Pedagogical Mastery invites qualified professionals to collaborate on a contractual basis as trainers for the monthly seminars on “Public Speaking” organized for participants of the “Management Training Courses.”

Position:

Specialist (Trainer for Public Speaking Seminars)

Requirements:

✅ Higher education;
✅ High qualifications in the education sector with leadership and training experience;
✅ Profound knowledge and practical skills in educational management and public speaking;
✅ Proficiency in modern information and communication technologies.

Personal Qualities:

✅ Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and adherence to deadlines;
✅ Openness to innovation, creative and systematic thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

 Conduct interactive monthly seminars for participants of the “Management Training Courses” according to the approved program.
