Within these courses, organized to prepare candidates for the position of general education school director, participants took final exams (tests, case studies, and practical assignments) in modules such as: managing the educational process at school, education management, professional development of self and teachers, human resources management, documentation and reporting, and working with the public and parents.
As part of the practical assignments, participants conducted research on selected problematic topics, studied problem situations, analyzed local and foreign experiences, and developed action plans aimed at solving these issues.
The presentations of the practical assignments were evaluated by a commission formed by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Avloni National Research Institute, based on established criteria.
