Field lessons were organized in a private school for participants of the director training courses. Effective school management and the creation of an innovative-oriented team in turn lead to improved education quality. Here, the competence of school leaders plays a decisive role.
For this purpose, the Avloni National Research Institute organized field lessons for its participants at the “Sehrio” private educational institution, located in the Almazar district of the capital.
During the visit, the participants became acquainted with the school’s management system, class scheduling, extracurricular activities, and classroom conditions. They also held conversations with students, learned about their knowledge levels, and reviewed their creative projects.
